The product#
Ormas provides a US-only Outcomes API for verified coding work. You describe the next change in your project and the test that proves it. Qualified miners offer a firm price, or an estimate with a hard limit. On verified delivery, you are charged the firm price or the miner’s settled price, never above its limit. A failed or undelivered run is not charged. You remain responsible for reviewing, applying, testing, merging, and deploying every returned branch.
Use the service in good faith. Do not evade fees, probe other accounts, submit unlawful material, or use credentials you are not authorized to use. We may suspend access to protect users or the service.
Providers#
Your ceiling at submission is a maximum, never the price; an offer within it can be accepted automatically. For public repositories, set award_policy to manual at enqueue to choose the offer yourself instead of accepting automatically by default. Qualified miners then do the work, under terms disclosed per project. During the public alpha, Ormas runs the checker and may also run the miner; this is operator-run verification. Ormas charges the firm price or the miner’s settled price, never above its limit, from your prepaid balance on a verified pass and records the receipt.
What you pay#
The firm price or the miner’s settled price, never above its limit, and nothing on a miss. When you buy credits, a 5.5% Ormas service fee is added at checkout and shown as its own line; it is the only Ormas fee. Receipts are the authoritative record.
Purchased credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Except where law requires otherwise, used credits are not refundable. Contact support about an unused paid balance before closing an account.
What we do not promise#
We do not promise uninterrupted service, that every task will succeed, or that a generated patch is correct, secure, or suitable for production. Automated verification narrows risk but does not replace your review. Ormas does not automatically merge or deploy customer code.
Termination and territory#
You may stop using Ormas at any time. Ormas may suspend access for abuse, risk, nonpayment, or operations.
The product is offered only to users in the United States. It is not offered to people in the EU, EEA, UK, comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions, or anyone prohibited by applicable law. You must be at least 18.
You represent and warrant that you are not, and will not use Ormas on behalf of, any person or entity that is: (a) located in, a resident of, or organized under the laws of any country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. economic sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, or the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, or Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine; (b) identified on any OFAC or other applicable U.S. sanctions list, including the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List; or (c) otherwise prohibited from receiving Ormas services under U.S. sanctions or export-control laws. You will not use, export, re-export, or transfer Ormas, or work delivered through it, in violation of those laws. This applies to clients and miners. Ormas may suspend or end access for anyone it reasonably believes is in breach.
